Numbah One: Payment.
You can make payment via Bank Transfer, Cheque, Concealed Cash or Cash On Delivery.
1)Bank Transfer
You will have a maximum of 3 days to make payment. Failure to do so will result in your house being the target of psychotic men who think they are Clark Kent, Wolverine or Spiderman. If you do not want to be stalked or attacked by these masked men, pay up yo.
After you have made payment, drop us an email and we will send out the item on the day itself or the day after.
2) Cheque
Similar to the above. Drop us an email after you have dropped in the cheque.
3)Concealed Cash
Please wrap the money in a piece of paper before placing it in the envelope. ONLY PUT IN NOTES. No coins will be accepted. Clark Kent will pulmerise you with his whatever powers if you do.
4)Cash on Delivery
An additional charge of $2 is added for COD. This is due to our stupid Ezlinks. We're using adult charge and fyi, its freaking expensive. This is only if you want us to send it off to your office or home or grandmothers home or whatever.
Meet-ups are on our convinience and solely in the east or Tanjong Pagar Mrt. Once again, our Ezlinks can only take so much. :(
Numbah Two:
Returns
No, You cannot return your item.
I don't care if your mother told you off about it. You cannot return your item. Unless you have evidence that that hole you claim is there was there when we handed it to you, we are non-obliging on the whole returns thing.
Numbah Three:
Swapping
If you want to swap an item with the Item Code starting with MARY, the item must be in S or XS size and in good condition.
If you want to swap an item with the Item Code starting with FRAN, the item must be in S or M size and in good condition.
The item must be of similar value or higher(WE PREFER HIGHER).
Numbah Four:
BUY SOMETHING
Maryvolent need money to top up her Ezlink card. Its like $5 a day to commute between home and work everyday. :(
